Everyone was very professional, very nice. The PA took her time with me, ask questions, and answered my questions.

The entire staff was fantastic. The two women upfront were helpful and friendly and assisted with getting MRI disc to the medical staff. The medical assistant was incredibly friendly and personable and took her time going over medications, past issues, and reason for my visit. ( I wish I could remember her name, but she had blue hair). The PA I saw was incredibly attentive and thorough with identifying my symptoms. She took the time to show me the MRI and what was wrong and its causes and treatment options. While I know my condition isn’t critical thankfully, they made me feel safe and comfortable while reassuring me that together we could treat the issue whether with medicine or with surgery.

Didn't get to talk to the Surgeon as he was on a case at the hospital so didn't really get a sense of the total plan for my treatment.

The PA Caitlyn was seeing us because Dr. Ibarrato was working an emergency. Caitlyn was very good and explained everything to us. She showed us the CT scan and explained what we should do next. We imediately got our next apt to have the angiogram. On our way back home Dr. Imbarrato called and reviewed his visit and agreed with Caitlyns decision and made sure if we have questions he can answer them. We felt like the Dr and PA really cared for us and is making sure we were taking care of.

I don’t know why somebody didn’t call me and tell me Dr. Marky he doesn’t do this type of surgery the only one she knew was doctor back instead of me going all the way to Ballantyne however the PA sent out something to somebody else who might be able to help me when it comes to this kind of surgery I’m not going to just pick up somebody off the streetThat’s why I was so happy with doctor back why can’t somebody call him and tell him that he has a patient wanting him to reach out to them. Now I can’t score the Doctor I never saw
