Caitlin Thomas should be an MD. She has a gift for medicine. She’s obviously highly intelligent and intuitive. Although we have no difficulty understanding advanced medical directives, many patients do—and are afraid to ask for explanations. Some clinicians make the process even more intimidating to these patients. But they are very fortunate when someone like Caitlyn is caring for them. She was so kind and gentle with my 88 year old mother. She made sure that she understood everything and that her car was well in hand. We enjoyed meeting her so much!

Everyone was very professional, very nice. The PA took her time with me, ask questions, and answered my questions.

The entire staff was fantastic. The two women upfront were helpful and friendly and assisted with getting MRI disc to the medical staff. The medical assistant was incredibly friendly and personable and took her time going over medications, past issues, and reason for my visit. ( I wish I could remember her name, but she had blue hair). The PA I saw was incredibly attentive and thorough with identifying my symptoms. She took the time to show me the MRI and what was wrong and its causes and treatment options. While I know my condition isn’t critical thankfully, they made me feel safe and comfortable while reassuring me that together we could treat the issue whether with medicine or with surgery.
