Dr. Malus is the kindest Dr. He is very attentive to my questions anc needs.

Dr. Malus was very thorough. Was voice to have a doctor really listen and be willing to explore all avenues of care.

I was a new patient to Dr Malis.He was very versed on my past medical history. I felt like he listen well and explained my diagnosis and all possible treatments. I worked in the medical field for over 20 years and I was extremely impressed with my office visit!!

Dr. Malus was wonderful. He took time to sit down and complete a full history exam, being as detailed as things that occurred in my childhood before arriving at his diagnosis. Once he felt confident in the diagnosis he took time to explain what this meant and steps that could be taken to help improve symptoms. When I got my blood work done at the lab up stairs the the technician went to deep in my arm my vein was so visible as usual and she was very rude .I have never had any problems with blood work ever . My sister in-law is a nurse she told me to put a warm compress on it . That helped .

Dr. Malus was great! This was my first visit with him and I was impressed. He asked a lot of questions and definitely knew Rheumatology! We came up with a plan together. I would definitely recommend him. The only negative experience was in trying to make a new patient appointment. My dentist made the referral. It took 2 months to get an appointment. In MyChart, I even chose the option for them to call if a sooner appointment became available; I assume that didn't happen as I still waited two months. This delay may have just been for new patients as these visits do take longer. Or, maybe all of the providers are as outstanding as Dr. Malus was and they had many, many patients! Or, lastly, maybe they need more providers. Anyway, I had a great visit with Dr. Malus!

Despite missing the appointment twice, all the staff I interacted with were more than courteous and listened to me and guided me with compassion. I want to give a great big shout out to all those who were involved with my visit. Thank you to all who helped me!!
