Kristen smith and her medical assistant Amanda are absolutely amazing and make you feel heard and loved

Great professionals . Everybody was nice to me since I got there. Dr. Smith listened to me and guided me the whole time.

The care team was very kind and answered all the questions we had. Also the phlebotomist was extremely gentle and didn't hurt or bruise me, I had absolutely no soreness the next day, she was incredible.

Fantastic experience

Wonderful experience.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Carmel OBGYN. I transferred from a different novant OBGYN due to not loving the previous provider (I felt he didn’t listen or take my concerns seriously) and having that experience has made me very wary of doctors. But all the people I encountered at this practice have completely turned my perception around. Everyone was very kind and friendly and Kristen my provider was beyond amazing. She was personable and talked with me at length about my concerns as I wanted to switch birth control and we were able to make the switch that day. She made me feel very comfortable and I honestly truly can’t wait for my annual next year. She even gave me a recommendation for a primary doctor and I made the appointment that day. All nurses and office staff were equally helpful and kind. I am very excited and happy to continue going to this novant provider, and am encouraging my family to start going there as well!
