The PA who took care of me was wonderful! She explained so many things so clearly. She was so helpful

I’ve never seen Dr. McInnis before this visit. She was very easy to understand, talked with me at length and was very thorough.

She was sweet and very. Helpful!!!

The change in general atmosphere and staff attitude has done a complete turn around for the good since my last visit. A pleasant happy place instead of a gloomy, dismal place. Staff change did the trick.

Susan was very prompt, personal and knowledgeable. As a retired clinician, I felt she was excellent at listening and partnering with me on my health care needs. Thank you!

The entire staff was pleasant and amazing! Glenn was so kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable going through a new medical test. Susan was awesome, she really listened and had clearly done research on my diagnosis. I felt truly taken care of and know that we are exploring all the appropriate avenues for treatment and monitoring.

I am so pleased to have this new doctor. She seems to really care about my health and my well being . I would recommend her to anyone and I have already .

Everyone was so nice, from the front desk staff, to the nurse Sharkeisha, and Dr. McInnis. I appreciate everyone's professionalism and care. I forgot that my appointment was online, and I showed up at the office (I had my phone on silent when at work and missed the check-in call). The office staff worked with the doctor to accomodate me being there in person. I appreciate the entire staff.
