From the moment I checked in to being escorted back, I was treated with professional care. My husband accidentally threw out the paper with the first gentleman's name. I like to remember those who go beyond in helping maintain peace & kindness in scary circumstances. Charlotte, my nurse was gentle & efficient with calm confidence. Dr. Nieves was self assured and exuded every characteristic one would trust in an oncology GYN. Rugina was cheerful and trustworthy in conveying information regarding appointments, results, & surgery. Every phone call has been timely, efficient, and professional.

The room was cold, not uncommon in offices, but the nurse asked if I'd like a heated blanket while I waited. It never occurred to me to even ask for something like that and I was, am, most appreciative to the staff for such consideration. My doctor and her staff are absolutely amazing. Getting an exam is not a favorite past time but I can honestly say they make every visit as comfortable as one could hope.

My husband and I were very impressed with the whole team at Zimmer. From the minute we walked through the door until we walked out the door, we were met by friendly, big hearted folks. The facility is clean and very nice. It's easy to park and the staff is professional l, but, warm and friendly. They make you feel welcome and show concern about your health. When you meet with Dr Nieves you will leave feeling heard and educated about your condition and your options. You have phone numbers and understanding of who to call when and for what. Exceptional service and care are what I received. I'm very impressed with this facility and their staff!! We left feeling like the weight of the world had been lifted off our shoulders. I'm awaiting my surgery right after Thanksgiving and am ecstatic with the speed of this process!! Thank you for hearing me and treating my condition as swiftly as you are Dr Nieves. We drive 2 hours to these appointments...Why??? Because of the staff and Dr Nieves. The quality of care is above and beyond. Yes, a dr and staff are there for a pay check. We all need to pay our bills. But they're first priority should be the patients. And i find that is always the case when we are there. We are treated with the utmost care, compasion and concern. Most of the time your simple questions are not treated as important as they are to you. Not the case here. They are treated with respect and answered very clearly. My mother has some dimentia and processing thoughts are slow and hard for her. The patients and clarity in which she is given answeres to her (our) questions is so very appreciated. So yes, i will recomend the travel for the excellent care you will recieve here at this office.

It was a wonderful experience. I went to my appointment with great stress and fearful of the worst. After much testing, my doctor, Lucybeth Nieves put me at ease and scheduled surgery in two weeks. This is a great relief for me. I trust her completely and am grateful that I don't have to wait and worry for months.

Dr. Nieves-Arriba is the best. I trust her with my health issues completely. I feel fortunate to have her as my oncologist. She has helped me fight cancer and stay on my feet for 7 years. She has been my hi-lite through all the struggle.

Whitney was excellent in her intake role and Dr Nieves was very caring and informative and took lots of time to help me work thru a very stressful situation. I am very thankful that the staff fit me into Dr. Nieves's busy schedule.

About VRI is the problem froze a few min again that missed what Dr talking to vri but it was frozen that missed what said in sign language so I frustrated Next time get a better person live interpreter than VRI because the cause VRI froze Staff nurse doing good job and doctor

I absolutely love my doctor and the nurses. Always so friendly. Even if the nurses aren't scheduled to be on my case. They come find me to give hugs and talk to me and my mom. I've never felt comfortable with being around doctors and nurses. But they make me feel so comfortable. And i love that about going there. Because I've never have a doctor or nurse. I've felt comfortable around.
