The provider wanted to discuss treatment that I had said no to previously and when I said no again this time, she continued to tell me about the treatment. This was very uncomfortable as I am okay with my skin appearance and it makes it seems as though, she thinks my skin appearance is a problem when she continues to discuss the treatment I do not want.

This was my first visit with a dermatologist and she taught me how to check my skin, was very knowledgeable, checked me thoroughly, and was very attentive.

Very good that Sonia S., ensured my understanding for the treatment.
