I have enjoyed being a patient in Erin Kersey's office since my first visit years ago !! She is always a good listener and makes me feel that she wants only the best care for me! I love her office staff, and everyone is friendly and makes me and my husband (who is also a patient) feel welcome ! This was a pleasant experience but I know they are short on time with each patient. MyChart is helpful for extra questions I guess. I appreciate her always responding.

Been to this Novant location for little over a year now. Erin and staffs are just wonderful. I have seen so many doctors and mostly think is “all in my head” when the real issue was my body extremely low in iron. Erin never gives up on me. She is great listener and truly care for her patients. My husband and I, we both are under her care. Very grateful finally found a great team, specially Erin!!

Dr Kersay has been my PCM since I moved here in 2018. She is outstanding provider. She ALWAYS makes sure that I am comfortable with my plan for care. When I have a question I send a My Chart message and she always answers it as soon as time permits.
