Caitlin is fantastic! She was well-prepared for my appointment and knowledgeable about my past history. We discussed my go-forward treatment plan and alternatives. Caitlin listened carefully to my questions and concerns and was extremely empathic and engaging. She and Dr. Gentile make a great team!

Very knowledgeable and when I arrived, they knew exactly why I was there and went right into what my my appointment was to be. And help me with any questions I had without me feeling ridiculous in the questions I was asking.

All involved were very friendly and supportive!

The team at Novant Cancer Center has been exceptional from the beginning to this point ,anyone going through breast cancer would feel very secure in the hands of this team.

Ms. Moody was great: genuine, attentive, kind, well-informed. I was very pleased with the visit. And, I have found the Novant Cancer reception staff the kindest in both visits; they seem to emphasize care over dollars, which has been nice as the bills stack up.

So glad Dr Gentile's office wasoved to physician plaza. Convenient when have multiple appointments on same day.

Caitlin definitely took time to listen and did a thorough exam. She handled my rambling story with focus. She indicated what the next step in my continuing care, post cancer will be. I like planning and hate surprises so two thumbs up. She also indulged my desire to see my mammogram images which may not be important to others but helps me understand what is going on inside my breast. I fully realize that I’m not trained in interpreting the images, but I wanted to see the clips and I do know what looked different about the cancer.

Everyone is kind and pleasant. They are very personal. Also very knowledgeable. I have nothing but nice things to say about the people and the office.

PA was great at listening to my questions and provided me the information needed to know I was healing appropriately.

A caring, thoughtful staff. Very welcoming, which are attributes you cannot teach. Everyone appeared to be well matched for their role. A special mention to front desk check in ladies, they are pleasant, courteous and very professional. Bringing a personal warmth to a sometimes anxious situation. Very much appreciated by my 92 year old Mom.
