Caitllin Moody was very attentive and sympathetic to my concerns. She examined me, then shared her diagnosis. She shared a couple of steps we could next. We discussed the pros and cons of the steps and came up with a plan of action that addressed all of my concerns. I was encouraged to participate in my care and to have all my questions answered. Caitlin was very professional, thorough and empathetic.
