This was probably my BEST one on one with Doctor Carnahan. I bought in a list of things that are bothering me for my Physical. My plan was to give her as much information as possible, then she could diagnose where all the pain is coming from. Now we have a direction, is it the right one? Its a start!!! Compared to yesterday, I think todays physicals are a wast of time. Doctors would spend 45 minutes, no longer.

I have only been a patient of Dr. Carringan for 6 months since moving to Leland. I find her very knowledgeable and proactive with my health needs. She spends quality time with me and is a great listener. I am very happy with her as my doctor. Excuse my misspelling of her name.

The next day I received an initial call to review my lab results which left me with several unanswered questions because I didn't get results confirmed for all the areas in which I was originally tested. I was told that they would call me back once Dr. Carnahan replied to their message concerning organ and level functions. The day ended and that follow-up call never came. I am highly disappointed that my care or concerns are not top priority especially since the cost of this visit is tiered as though it is.

Having been a regular patient for over five years, my wife and I are always treated consistently well. Plus, we never feel rushed and Dr. Carnahan always takes the time to answer our questions and/or any concerns. Plus, the new Waterford facility (which is on the ground floor) is nice, large and convenient. Additionally, the facility is equally matched by the courtesy and professionalism of the reception staff and nurses.
