Prior to the procedure, Dr Langley explained why it was necessary, and why blood in the urine is a potential cause for alarm, then during the procedure, he explained what he was seeing on the tv monitor, and when I had questions he patiently pointed out what I was seeing. Afterwards he explained why I might have blood in my urine, then walked me to reception to schedule my follow up appointment. It will be a sad day when he retires, he takes a personal interest in you, I'm used to military doctors who treat you like a piece of meat. My experience with him and his PA have been excellent, they compliment each other nicely. They make going to the urologist not something you dread. Great team
