Better follow up. Labs not requested as promised, waiting for colonoscopy appointment.

All staff were attentive to my needs and very professional. Dr. Mastrangelo is the best.

My Gastrologist Dr. Mastrangelo, he is very patient, considerate and listens to every word I said and he gave me clear understanding in explaining my situation concerning my condition. He will be my gastrologist until he retire or when God called me home. My impression of him; he seemed to be very attentive, and I am very comfortable and I feel safe with him as a patient.

Love Dr Mastrangelo and everything about his. practice. Experienced an hour delay receiving my teleconference but I appreciate how difficult it must be to schedule an end of the day patient call.

Getting an appointment was extremely difficult and I was not feeling well! The office told me to call back for cancellations which I did, but I never was able to get one earlier than the scheduled appointment. I told this to Dr. Mastrangelo and he told me I should have gone through the portal and he would have made sure that he saw me. That's good for the future, but did not help while I was trying to get the appointment since I did not know this in the office did not tell me this.

My doctor was great He has call me 2 times since I had my Colonoscopy asking me how I am doing I have never had a doctor doing that I am super impressed He is great totally recommend him to my friends

There is a problem when you have to wait 3 months for a follow up when the doctor said 1 month. You need more doctors!

I was an hour early and they took me right in. My Dr and I had a great visit one of the nurses heard my name and came out to see me to say hello before I left. Actually enjoyed my appointment .

Doctor is caring and compassionate. Took time to listen . Did not rush me thru the appointment. Also Melissa Brook Peeler his PA is also an absolute treasure . As are the girls at the front desk .

When checking out I was not advised to go to the blood lab and did not even know there was one on site until I got home and read my After Visit Summary. I called the next day and made an appointment to return tomorrow. It would have been very helpful if this was covered at checkout.

This Dr was very polite and concerned about my health. He explained everything I needed to know about my visit.

I had my appointment, and they took me right back on my schedule time so i like that alot , plus the people was so nice and made sure that u was taken care of.

I would chhose this provider to be my Primary Care if that was an option.
