Wonderful visit

Dr. Elins was not someone we want to see again. Her tone was accusatory, sarcastic, and rude. We will be pursuing to only work with other midwives, or we will have to switch clinics.

Dr. Elins is great. Professional, relatable, very honest and up front , and thorough.

Dr. Robinowitz-Elins was so kind. As a newly postpartum mom who was overly emotional, Dr. Robinowitz-Elins made me feel like her sole priority, spent extra time with me and did not make me feel rushed. This meant everything to me.

The provider was incredible. She spent ample time with me during.my visit which is unheard of these days and she truly treated me like family or an old friend. The conversation was so easy and not forced and it truly felt like we had been friends for 20 years. That is a true art form in and of itself. Great provider with amazing bedside manner!

I have a rare issue and she was one of the first doctors who I felt like was really empathetic and actually wanted to help me solve my issue.

I have already recommended Dr. Robinowitz-Elins to my family & friends. Her specialty is no women's favorite but if you have to go, she is the one to see! She always makes my visits there a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and informative when I have questions and she never makes me feel rushed. She is also a great listener and I can tell by her follow up questions that she is actually listening and invested in my care (highly unusual in medicine today). She adds a good bit of humor as well which puts a "born worrier" like me at ease.

Dr. Ellis and her staff spend all the time with you that you need and they listen and make you feel so comfortable regardless of the questions and concerns you have. Women definitely support women in this office. I would highly recommend this office and Dr.Ellis.

Dr Ellen's was concerned about me as a person, not just the issue I was there to get treatment for. I have been under a great deal of emotional and physical stress lately so I very much appreciated her taking the extra time with me, as well as her empathy and compassion. I am new to this facility. This was my 3rd appointment to dx my issue and everyone I have seen has been very kind, pleasant and respectful. I was in need of a new Gyn since mine retired and I am very happy to have found Harbor Pointe.
