Tyler was respectful, thoughtful, and kind. After the visit, I told my friends that I used to have high expectations, but I have now lowered my expectations for the medical community because of repeated terrible experiences (and each new experience forces me to lower my expectations even further). I told them that Tyler far exceeded the expectations I had held many years ago. It was just so refreshing and validating.

Tyler, the PA who saw me, was excellent. He took the necessary time to listen to me and address my concerns. Together, we devised a plan of care we both were comfortable with. Tyler is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner - a real asset for Novant.
