I grew up grew up in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and earned my undergraduate degree in exercise science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After graduation, I moved to the South and earned my master's degree in physician assistant studies from High Point University.

I'm a firm believer in a holistic and individualized approach to patient care and strive to empower my patients to take control of their health. I consider myself a partner in my patients' health.
