I absolutely love Mrs. Love and her two nurses. They simple treat me like family and they make coming in extremely pleasant! They listen well to my pain needs and always accommodate my wishes. Wonderful team!!!

She listened to what I had to say and didn't interrupt me when I was explaining and didn't blame everything I had to say on my weight. I really appreciate the compassion that they have for you.

Both the nurses and doctors at this facility are always so nice and take the time to listen to what you have to say

I was scared to death to go to this appointment. I couldn’t have had better people to get me through this visit. My nerves were shot, so I was a handful for them. I had a major anxiety attack They all took me under their wings and walked me through it. I’m so grateful. I’ve been in so much pain for so long. It has broken my ability to have any kind of hope. The doctor I saw gave me hope and made me believe she would do everything possible to get me back to be able to function once again in my life.

She was very compassionate, excellent bedside manner and completely made me feel comfortable talking with her!

Very repetitious from all I saw that day. Often talked to as if I were in elementary school. Yet, all seemed to care.

My experience with this provide was very good. My experience at Novant Pain Management as a whole has been a joke!!!!! I have being seeing Dr Patel since Oct. he said he couldn’t give me pain meds or do the procedure I was sent to him for until I had a few weeks of PT. It took them exactly 8 weeks to get me an appt with PT… I had one appt. They have never made me another one. My daughter called Monday to try and get me something for pain. Dr called her and said if I needed pain meds that I needed to go to ER. Sent to ER in excruciating pain. Had to sit in a waiting room with approximately 60 people with Covid/ Flu symptoms. Did finally get pain relieved but had to sit in the hospital for 7 hours which was absolutely uncalled for. I try to not complain much but this spinal stenosis in my back is HORRIBLE!!! I have prayed to die it is so bad:(. To make me lay for 3 months at 79 years old and suffer ….. is inhumane!!!!!

Dr love is wonderful she listens to what I have to say. The whole staff is respectful, courteous, just wonderful place to go. I would recommend recommend them to anyone. I have recommend my sister and my brother to that to her. I think Lori love for all things she has done for me, everyone there is very caring I thank you all

While everyone was very nice and professional I thought I would get exercises or info about what to eat for inflammation. Instead I got more meds, which made me feel confused and zombie like. Since this is a specialist for pain I feel like I wasted my time and money.

Lori Love is an excellent provider! I’ve been a patient of hers for 2 years. She always takes time with me, answers all my questions and makes me feel like I’m a valued patient. I feel very fortunate to have her as my provider!

Mrs. Love and her staff are always a delight to see. I greatly appreciate that there’s still a medical team that “TRULY” listens to their patients and tries to help me think of other things, I can try, when I’ve exhausted (what I think is ALL my forks in the road)!! I’m all the time trying new stretches, reading, research. While, understanding, there’s still a need for meds. Things I over think, miss ….. they know when I just need that ear or a push of some sort. VERY ODD to have this day in time.
