Kim Myers was very helpful and responsive. The problem occurred when I was supposed to be given the equipment to take home to submit a stool sample. No one gave it to me and when I asked as I was checking out, I was told someone would call me in to give it to me and give me the instructions. I was eventually given a bag and having done this previously I knew there would be a two page instruction document inside . There was none. Because I did it previously I knew what to do but someone else who was doing this for the first time would not necessarily know the guidelines which could possibly impact the results.

I have been taking Dexilant which is RXed through Express Scripts. I have been informed that they are no longer carrying this drug. Locally it is very difficult to obtain. I stopped in the office to inform them as I am now out of meds. Was told that they would relate the info. as I cannot get into.MyChart. Have heard nothing.

From check in to check out, a great group to work with

Nurse Practitioner was excellent and informative. She created a multi tiered care plan I was comfortable with. The entire staff was thoughtful and helpful.

Long wait time once I was put in exam room waiting for Dr, to come in (35 min) with no updates.

Each person I spoke to was very pleasant, nice to talk with people with such a good attitude. Kimberly was thorough and I felt comfortable talking about any topic I had a question about.

Had to wait for lab for over an hour. That was my only complaint. It happened to be a very busy day.

Had some difficulty getting blood work problem settled in timely manner had to leave before able to get it as had children waiting in car with their grandfather for 2 hours. Did receive a call but when I tried to call back, left a message and have no idea why they called me nor did I get a return call

Shante also did a great job taking my blood! Got what she needed first attempt (and this is not easy on me for I have small, non protruding veins). No bleeding. No bruising. She was kind and attentive.

I was sent an email giving me a list of things I had to do before my CT scan. Two of which were not explained to me which resulted in me calling the office twice to have them explain.

Kim is a wonderful provider. She's very professional, attentive, a great listener, knowledgeable and very compassionate. I learned a great deal from her during this visit that is very helpful to me. She instilled confidence in me that I made the right decision to come to this practice. And she offered continued support & assistance through My Chart.

The only problem I had was the schedule. I originally had an appointment next week; however, I was out of town when a message was left on my voice mail telling me that I needed to reschedule. I called back and left two messages, neither of which was returned. Then I received a call yesterday from another person in the practice who was trying to CONFIRM the original appointment. When I explained the situation, he then investigated and said "yes I had been double booked and needed to reschedule." However, he then found a cancellation and I was able to meet with a different PA (Kim Myers) yesterday. Everything was handled by her to my great satisfaction. It was just a bit disconcerting to get no replay to my two messages.
