I always knew I wanted to be a midwife. Earlier in my life, I lived in Europe, where I had all of my children with midwives. I saw the benefits I got from the holistic, patient-centered midwifery care I received. I knew I wanted to be part of bringing that care to childbearing people wherever I lived. That is why I have now devoted my career to midwifery.

Outside of work, you can often find me enjoying a book. I am ravenous reader of fiction of all types. I'm always up for a good book recommen...

Alexandria Montgomery is a GEM! She listened to me, validated me, made me feel seen. She is very knowledgeable about herbal medicine as well which is so refreshing (and rare) in healthcare, though it shouldn't be. Her communication was clear and detailed. I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt like I was being cared for by a loved one. There was no judgment, simply understanding and empathy. She gave exceptional and exemplary service. Novant better not let her go!
