I always knew I wanted to be a midwife. Earlier in my life, I lived in Europe, where I had all of my children with midwives. I saw the benefits I got from the holistic, patient-centered midwifery care I received. I knew I wanted to be part of bringing that care to childbearing people wherever I lived. That is why I have now devoted my career to midwifery.

Outside of work, you can often find me enjoying a book. I am ravenous reader of fiction of all types. I'm always up for a good book recommen...

In the entire health system of Novant I doubt you will find a better midwife than Alex. In her care you feel seen, heard, and dare I even say loved. I would follow Alex to any health network she went to and pay out of pocket for her services.
