I was cheerfully greeted when I entered the office. I only had to wait approximately two minutes before I got called back. The doctor was on time. He thoroughly explained my medical condition to me and answered every single one of my questions. I am extremely impressed with this entire office!!

One recommendation for improvement is the front door was noticeably dirty and needs to be cleaned and kept clean. That was a bit unusual for a Novant facility and should be corrected.
