Dr. Madden is always great to talk to and hears my concerns especially yesterday regarding my car accident on the 2nd of December. I went to urgent care on Saturday before my appointment with him because he doesn’t have an X-ray machine. And now there’s no lab technician. I’m not satisfied with that which means I have to go to labcorp for labs on Monday. It’s an inconvenience that needs to be addressed immediately.

Nurse and Dr. were very nice. Feel like you are talking to your family friends.

I fell and hit my head and ended up having a concussion. They worked me in same day, arranged for my CT scan the same day at a different Novant facility. I felt I got 100% excellent care from Dr. Madden and everyone from the front desk to the clinical staff.

It was necessary to get referrals and ask visit follow up questions which the entire team especially Savannah and Dr. Madden have handled thoroughly and timely.

I waited 4months to see a dr for the first timr who didnt answer one question. Cut me off when i started speaking and dismissed me. Ive never been so rattled in my life today im in pain like i have never kniwn. The surgical referral he made gutted me yesterday. Denied me pain meducation until after i returned home. What is prescribed is completely unnefective. I was a new novant patient and will always regret making this decision

These guys have always been awesome and listened to all my issues and did their very best to treat each one of them. The X-Ray technicians at the Clemmons hospital were also tremendous, quick, courteous. In and out in no-time at all. Dr. office personnel followed up with phone call for additional treatment options. Really like my team of health personnel.

Dr. Madden expresses so much care and concern for his patients. Likewise, his nurse who takes the blood pressure and weight is always so pleasant and friendly. She puts me at ease right away. The lady who draws labs is cheerful and very competent in what she does. I love this doctor's office, which is saying a lot! The front desk is usually on top of things and friendly, but there is occasionally a woman with "attitude" or snippy even when simply asking for your name and date of birth. Maybe she just hasn't been feeling well. Overall, I would rate this office 100 out of 100.

This office is very professional but also very personable. I never feel like a number, or that I’m being rushed through my appointments. My questions and concerns are always answered respectfully and I’m never made to feel ashamed or stupid for asking them. I highly recommend this office!
