We were smart enough to choose Presbyterian, now Novant, when we came to Charlotte in 1976. I have "visited" friends and family as in-patients at Atrium, congratulating myself for our choice so long ago.

I am very pleased with my doctors care for me personally.

All of the staff appeared in good spirits and happy to be there. Front desk staff had amazing customer service. There was an irate older female who had come into the wrong office. Even though she was being verbally aggressive and dismissive with the staffers they remained professional and continued to go above and beyond with contacting the correct office and worked it out where someone from that office would come and walk her to her appointment. They understood she was having a moment of anxiety and were doing their best to reassure her that she would get to the right place. It’s this type of customer service that more offices need.

The medical assistant was awesome and Dr. Feaster is amazing! My visit was thorough, Dr. Feaster was extremely informative and I received message about my lab results the same day they came in! I am extremely impressed with the clinic and the treatment I received!

I appreciated both the nurse's (she didn't tell me her name) and Dr. Feaster's attention and patience in answering my many questions. Also, the lab technician drew my blood in one attempt and I was left without a bruise at the injection site. That has not been my experience the last few years. Thank you!

Dr. Feaster and her staff are exceptionally nice and do though the system is created for the patient to treat you as just another number, they do everything they can to spend the time needed to care for your needs and answer all the questions you need. I’m a person of lots of questions which are always addressed.
