Neither an emergency or regular appointment was appropriate in that originally the first available appointment I could get was 2 months out for a heart condition. I was fortunate in that I was able to get a cancellation that was only several weeks out. Dr. Lol was great in arranging to have the proceedure I need to correct my heart condition only a few days after the initial visit. I was expecting it to be over a month out.

Dr Kok and staff were exceptionally supportive and helpful during my visit to the Cardiology clinic.

Dr Kok is personable and understood my desire for possible alternate treatments. My hope is that his team can find discounts for a very expensive medication that might rule out surgery for me.

Very nice visit with all involved, Dr. Kok was personable and easy to talk to. He listened carefully and involved me in his decisions.

Dr. Clark get my atrial flutter into sinus rhythm within 2.5 weeks of discovery from an unrelated surgery. Scheduling issues happened but my wife found a good scheduler eventually and I was seeing him as noted within 2.5 weeks. The Dr. definitely had my procedure expedited due to the atrial flutter I was having. I am back into sinus rhythm thanks to him and have an ablation scheduled within 3 months.

I felt like everyone listened to and answered my questions and concerns. Dr. Kok and his team were very reassuring and positive.

This was an unusual visit, the provider was delayed by 45 minutes.

It was done in a timely manner. I felt more assured when I left.

The experience was good, but the app is not working g correctly. It goes to Bill pay and othing else. I have follow up appointments and I need to see them but I cannot get to them in the app

Parking continues to be a problem at the Kimmel Park facility.
