My experience with Ross was very comforting. I knew he had looked at my chart and previous blood work, etc. Listened to what I was saying and asked intelligent questions. He explained what follow-up blood work he was ordering and why. I walked away feeling very comfortable able what had been said and done. So many times I leave not sure if I said everything or asked everything; in other words, questioning myself / unsure I had received the care I needed, but I did not feel like that when I left the office last Friday and he has already followed up with me about the blood work that was done and more testing he has ordered. It was nice to have a younger doctor that is also very knowledgeable. We look forward to continuing care with Dr Ross.
