Dr V. Patel and her staff were excellent

Love Dr. V. Excellent bedside manner!

They were all very attentive and listened to my concern regarding antibiotics. They took very good care of me.

I've seen a few PCPs in my life and never really felt a connection. Ever since I started seeing Dr. Patel, it finally feels natural. Like I can just speak freely, she holds space to actually listen and acknowledge me, she remembers details about my personal life or work life that I've shared in previous visits. Most importantly, it feels genuine. It's not performative. She's just a great physician and person overall.

I'm super happy with everyone.
