I met Chi for the first time and she was exceptional in the way she treated me. I felt calmed by her words and obvious empathy for others.
Chi is excellent. She went through my records with me to make sure everything was accurate. She explained test results so that I understood them. She listened to my questions and concerns and never made me feel rushed.
