Dr. Chi really listened to my issues and concerns. She really cared about my concerns. The career that she chose is really for her. I'm blessed that I feel that I've founded a provider that truly cares for her patients wellbeing. I've all most always felt like another number, but not with her!

She helps me understand my prescriptions, the interactions and side effects when I am concerned, and knows I am always worried about the cost which means so much to me that she cares. There's no better physician out there, she's a true blessing.

Dr. Chi is thorough when asking details about my medical Issues/concerns. She is very knowledgeable about current options, shares pros/cons and plan b (possible next steps in treatment). Listens well to my worries and individual preferences when figuring out the best treatment decision for ME. With Dr. Chi, I always feel "heard" like I am her only patient! She is good at engaging me to be active in my medical care.

Service as it should be

I liked that Chi had personally review my chart notes and had a potential antibiotic in mind for my treatment, though she waited until she saw me to confirm. She took my problem very seriously and was thorough in her diagnosis and recommendation for treatment. Today I still have a long way to go but I AM feeling much better. I would be happy to see Chi again.
