Taylor was easy to talk to and did not mind answering questions that I had. She even reviewed Bone Density Test I had earlier to make sure I understood results. I'm thankful she did because I turns out I was wrong in what I thought results were stating. No one had explained them to me before she did. I appreciated her taking the time to go over that with me and explain things in a way I could understand with medical terms.
