I especially liked how the nurse came into the lobby and walked to where I was sitting to verify my name, then escorted me away from the many others waiting. I asked her how she knew it was me. She replied that the check in clerk wrote a description of the coat I was wearing. Very cool! This is much better than the old days when the nurse appears in the doorway and calls a persons name in a loud voice so everyone in the waiting area hears.

Visits always go smoothly from entire staff.

Had to schedule an urgent appointment and the staff was kind and accommodating. Dr. Shin was kind to see me on such short notice. The nurses that helped with my care went above and beyond to help me and make me comfortable in a tough situation.
