Dr Richard Shin is one of the most respected in my book of all Dr's I have dealt with period ,,thank you Dr shin

everything went well, Dr. Shinn is very professional in going over the results of the lab work and letting me know what the results mean and my condition at the present

I felt i was in a very professional environment that i could trust to give me the best care possible.

Dr. Shin is superb. He took as much time as needed to address all my concerns and answer all my questions. He made sure prior to leaving that everything was addressed. He is extremely knowledgable and provides outstanding care.

Dr Shin is very blunt and bold right off when entering the room. I like that. He didn’t sugar coat my condition. I am so very thankful for the care, concern, and kindness shown to me by Dr Shin. I did not know a urologist so when my cancer was finally diagnosed I was sent to Dr Shin and he has taken such wonderful care of me. Thank you Dr Shin for everything. All of the folks I have had contact with have been so caring. This includes nurses, chemotherapy sessions, all the procedures, surgeries, doctors and other staff members.

My previous appointment had been rescheduled without my knowledge.. I wasn’t aware of this until I came for my appointment. I was told they tried calling; I did not receive a call, text or email of this change. There seems to be an imbalance there. The doctor and staff are Excellent!

I was anxious and having discomfort . First of all they arranged to attend the same day. That was a relief. The doctor was very thorough and attentive. He felt my anxiety and was a good listener. After listening he was caring and assuring, and made good suggestions.

I especially liked how the nurse came into the lobby and walked to where I was sitting to verify my name, then escorted me away from the many others waiting. I asked her how she knew it was me. She replied that the check in clerk wrote a description of the coat I was wearing. Very cool! This is much better than the old days when the nurse appears in the doorway and calls a persons name in a loud voice so everyone in the waiting area hears.

Visits always go smoothly from entire staff.

I had a list of questions that I didn’t have opportunity to ask before the doctor left. I addressed them with the nurse and she forwarded my questions to my doctor. He answered my questions and concerns in My Chart. Pleased overall.

Listens and informs you

Had to schedule an urgent appointment and the staff was kind and accommodating. Dr. Shin was kind to see me on such short notice. The nurses that helped with my care went above and beyond to help me and make me comfortable in a tough situation.

Everyone took time to explain to me all of the choices were able to take! I was very informed! Thank you very much!

Dr Shin is the absolute best doctor around. I have nothing but praise for him. It’s nice to feel like you are the only patient he has when he is in the room with you.

Although Dr. Shin was running a little late, I was informed that there were patients before me. I appreciated the staff managing my expectations and I do believe I received great care and attention.

Dr. Shin has been my Urologist for several years and has guided me thru some serious health issues including multiple kidney stones and kidney cancer. Because of his care and compassion, I am now experiencing good health again and looking forward to my life at age 76. Thank you Dr. Shin!
