Glad to meet Dr. Ellis and comfortable to trust her with my medical care. Nurse, Trina, was remarkably pleasant and considerate. Should have a curb cut(s) and graded ramp onto side walk to enter facility. Probably violating AWDA there. Pleasant atmosphere.

Each time I’ve needed medical care Dr Ellis has always taken care of me. She returns my call in a timely manner. Dr Ellis is an excellent care provider. I regret that she has made a decision to leave.

Dr Ellis is great, she makes you feel very comfortable and gives good recommendations. However, the nurse I saw, while I’m sure very competent, was not personable at all and made me a little uncomfortable. The lab technician was great, super sweet and made me comfortable as well.

I had never seen doctor Ellis and her nurse but they both made me feel comfortable.

She's a great doctor and very thorough so nice very very nice anything that I was concerned with she would ask me is there anything else you could do and did I have any other concerned she was very courteous and nice feel like a best family in the world

The woman who took my vitals, reviewed my meds and made my next appointment was so pleasant and professional. The PA in training was very nice and professional as well. Dr. Farabee is an excellent physician. I have been with her from the beginning of her career at Novant and she just keeps getting better. These are the people that you should be recognizing and rewarding in your organization. They keep you in business.

I was a pt of Dr Moyer, and only knew he left because Steven Laws told me. He also said I would be receiving a letter before to see if my new dr and I were a match. None of this was conveyed to me. Been there 20 years. Did not know I had a new dr until “mo one” could see me or call my medication in. I went all weekend with our quite a few of them. Always have problems, but this is so utterly unprofessional that I refuse to be a part of it.
