I went in for a wellness visit, but I had a wicked cold and a few other issues. Dr. Crowder listened to my concerns and addressed each one. I felt heard and cared about. I so appreciated the time she took to hear my worries.

My visit was very nice.

It makes a big difference when your doctor seeks out communication in regard to your health concerns.

Dr. Crowder is a wonderful doctor. She takes time with to address any problems you have & goes over your meds & history in depth. She takes time with you and gets the information you need to help with any problems you may have!

I really like my Doctor, I have a great relationship and feel I can discuss anything with her. Wish there were more Doctors like her in the Novant System. The nurses are fantastic and the best lab workers that draw blood are very good at what they do. I have been very lucky with the two doctors I’ve had in the years we have moved back to the Winston area.

Dr C was so kind and nice and did not mind all my questionsShe explained what she was doing and wanted to do and eased my mind..She suggested a few things and I could better understand why she wanted tests..Such a personable lady..It was such a pleasure meeting and she seemed to be very interested in me as a person...YEAH!!!!Cant wait to see her again......

It was a very busy day at the office, and we waited over an hour. It was worth it. I think the staff enjoys working there, and we were very pleased with Dr. Crowder. It was our first visit.

Felt hurried and my concerns were made light as if they didn’t fit into the physicians plan of care. The exam seemed to just be too short and not complete. She listened to my heart and lungs and that was it. Typical no frills Medicare CPE. Just a lot of questions that had to be asked for them to get paid.

They are very polite and courteous. They see you on time. You don’t be put in a room to wait for an hour and a half before you see the doctor.
