Doctor Satterfield and nursing staff are like no other!! I’ve been impressed by the entire office since beginning our daughters care at Novant 51 pediatrics. As a nurse myself, I am always impressed by the standard of care provided each and every visit. The staff if so warm and comforting no matter what is going on. I trust the entire staff to care for my growing family.

Dr. Satterfield is the best doctor for my teenage boys! The way he interacts with them and the facts he tells them and the way he presents it is unmatched. I feel like these are mini-counseling sessions in this crazy world. They do need to hear it from someone other than their parents and he is a definite keeper. Love love love this guy!

I absolute adore this provider as a person. He is so loving and caring, just a genuinely wonderful person. I would simply say that when it comes to my child’s care, I don’t always feel heard. It seems like the appointment is just so fast and we don’t have time to talk through the issues. This time my child was given a referral to another provider but I’m not sure why. Like I said, he’s a fantastic person and I know he cares about my son and my entire family. It’s actually very difficult for me to write anything negative. I’m just not sure we ever cover all the important milestones and developmental stuff. I would like to keep this anonymous.

Great experience. The doctor is amazing, very caring and diligent. The nurse is very nice and friendly, explained vaccines and did them painless. The prescriptions and paperwork was updated and promptly provided after visit.

The office was clean and seemed full of light. We were so happy to see Dr. Satterfield again!
