The entire staff was outstanding - a wonderful team to work with. All were energetic, enthusiastic, and a joy to work with.

Dr. Childs and his staff have always been good to me and ALWAYS treated me with respect and answered all my questions while allowing me the time to discuss my health with them. The check out process was a little unusual as the computer system was off a little. Also, Dr. Childs' moving to another office, 40 miles away from my home, is a little annoying, but I want to stay under HIS care as I have been for several years and he's the best. Keep up the good work "team"!

I have seen Dr. Childs several times. He is efficient and professional. I trust him with my health care. However his office administration is very frustrating. I never have my phone calls returned. It is difficult to speak to the person who is able to help. I usually have to leave voice message. There is one option to leave message if the message is TIME Sensitive but still I do not get a call back. I have had to drive to his office to get assistance. This has been very frustrating!

It was a yearly appointment with great results. My breathing has really improved. The small glitch was scheduling next years appt. The receptionist told me I would schedule my next years appt. in another location and when I protested, she rolled her eyes. I have my appointment in the office I am comfortable finding.

Dr. Childs and assistants were very caring and professional. A visit with Dr Childs and staff is always very personal.

Dr. Childs is most knowledgeable and caring in his treatment. The extensive breathing tests were more sophisticated than those I had with previous provider in Delaware.

Dr. Childs was excellent. Assistant In testing room excellent. Staff nice when you arrive. Had a problem with medication refills. No reply. I was told they were too busy and it was pharmacy fault but that was not true. The result is if you need medication refills I hope you have a good family practitioner to fulfill your needs. Staff cannot be bothered. I expect I will get the same automated apology as most have.

This was my first time seeing this specialist. The office staff were friendly and professional and I was taken right back to the exam room even though I was a few minutes early. The doctor was well prepared- he had reviewed all previous test results. He answered every question I had and let me know what to expect next.
