I find that it is most times at least a half hour past appointment before seeing the Dr.; sometimes 45 minutes. Appointments should be one half hour long. This will allow one to see the Dr. closer to their appointment time.

I had a 9:00 AM appointment. I arrived at 8:55 AM. I saw the nurse at 9:15 AM. The nurse left me at 9:20 AM. The Dr. arrived 9:50 AM. Obviously this facillity needs to schedule appointments further apart to ensure adequate time for each patient who Novant claims to care about.
