Everyone was very professional. I had an imaging appt set up at a facility but the scheduler listened to me and had it scheduled closer to my home. She was very helpful and not hesitant when I indicated I'd prefer a place closer to my home.

Staff could be more discreet at checkin window. My name, full address, DOB and telephone number was said (?announced) in too public a manner. At another doctors office the same week, staff person used very quiet voice and only mentioned the first 2-3 numbers in each case. It worked quite well.

I didn't really know what to do since I've never had an ailment that I was concerned about enough to get medical attention before my arm infection go any worse after a week since the injury. I would like to commend the staff supporting Dr. Talton. Firstly Dr. Talton who assessed/diagnosed my problem , Sara who took my blood pressure and collected the initial info from me and cleared up my questions regarding how to contact staff in the future, Traci who administered the IV and took my blood for analysis to determine the cause. I received the blood results during my stay!! Dr. Talton was then able to prescribe appropriate medication. Bottomline, the team headed by Dr. Talton was professional.
