Dr. Giordano practiced oncology and hematology in Maine before moving to North Carolina for its warmer winters. Her interest is in helping patients who have lung cancer and patients with gastrointestinal and hematological malignancies. She leads the cancer center's weekly thoracic oncology tumor board meeting. Dr. Giordano is a breath of fresh air, very knowledgeable, concern shown for patients, I was blessed to see her despite a cancer diagnosis, she has a way of keeping you relaxed while keeping you informed. I could not be happier with her care that is for sure.
