The receptionist was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful; much more so than the person there last year. I love the phlebotomist; she's wonderful and has the lightest touch drawing blood. The PA is kind and thoughtful.

The entire staff(from the fill in receptionist) to the student following Dr Davis were very polite, attentive, professional and personable. Everyone smiled and greeted when I came in contact with them. I give this entire crew praises when talking with my friends, especially Dr Caroline Davis.

Primary health care is extremely important and I believe the staff endeavors to give you the best health care possible.

I was disappointed that there was difficulty/ issues with getting a blood sample. I left with a very bruised up arm and they never got a usable blood sample. Maybe having the nurses practice and review techniques would be helpful.

I am disappointed that Dr Jobe is leaving but I really like Caroline the PA. She listened to my needs, was compassionate and understanding.

I love it I really love it. I went there. Everybody treat me like a human being. They were all nice with me. They explain everything to me step-by-step since I went through the door to raise myself to. I went in with the doctor to I went out to I mean, I had to say, I’m being here. Nort, Carolina not even a year I tried to go work for Hospital and I quick because it was terrible. Once I called the first time to you guys to the day I went in in my appointment and everything I don’t have no words everybody was excelling .

She was conversational which made it feel comfortable to discuss all my concerns. I feel more educated and excited to continue care with her. One of the best PCP visits I have had in a while.
