This was my first visit with Novant/PA Davis. I must say this was the BEST experience I've had in a while! Entire staff was WONDERFUL! When I left, I felt I received what I needed and that PA Davis was sincere in all she did for me. I look forward to having her as my Primary Care Professional!!

First time meeting with Caroline Davis, PA after Dr Jobe leaving. She was very knowledgeable and up to date on my medical care and she was very professional. I look forward to her continuing with my medical care.

The PA really listen to what I had to say and gave me great feedback on what to do and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed to resolve the problem

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly; treated me gracious and made me feel at ease. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I was disappointed that there was difficulty/ issues with getting a blood sample. I left with a very bruised up arm and they never got a usable blood sample. Maybe having the nurses practice and review techniques would be helpful.

I am disappointed that Dr Jobe is leaving but I really like Caroline the PA. She listened to my needs, was compassionate and understanding.

I love it I really love it. I went there. Everybody treat me like a human being. They were all nice with me. They explain everything to me step-by-step since I went through the door to raise myself to. I went in with the doctor to I went out to I mean, I had to say, I’m being here. Nort, Carolina not even a year I tried to go work for Hospital and I quick because it was terrible. Once I called the first time to you guys to the day I went in in my appointment and everything I don’t have no words everybody was excelling .

Caroline was so personable and attentive. She was approachable, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. She was conversational which made it feel comfortable to discuss all my concerns. I feel more educated and excited to continue care with her. One of the best PCP visits I have had in a while.

I love Novant health care! I was with the "other" big network of doctors in the Piedmont Triad area and never had the kindness and consistency I've received from Novant. Caroline Davis PA I met yesterday was great and the front desk and nurse were so kind and helpful. I finally feel like I've being taken care of. Not only was the PA great so was the person who drew my blood. What a wonderful person. All of this greatness started with the receptionist, the first point of contact. First impressions are truly important and lasting. She was very kind and did everything in her power to get me in for help immediately. Great office.
