I was there for a recheck and I needed a little more care and my team of doctor did just that I do feel a lot better and I love my chart for communicating to my doctor s because when you get in the doctor office you lose what you needed to address I love my Novant team ty ty Tammy

Very nice visit. Everyone could see I did not feel very good, they were very willing to help with whatever they could. This is not my regular physician but I needed to see a dr asap. I really liked her and would use her again.

I want to thank Dr. Munoz for her prompt action and getting me to go to Forsyth Hospital. She was able to interpret my symptoms and recognized that I needed more urgent care. She messaged the ER doctor and my wait time was very minimal when I arrived at the Emergency Room. Due to Dr. Munoz quick and decisive action I started receiving immediate care. I want to praise Dr. Munoz fr the care she provided and the assistance when I arrived at the hospital.
