The care I was given was tops Only regret is I was seen and immediately sent to a walk in clinic 30 miles at9away. I had to pay a copay at both clinics.

This was my first time with Chrystal Arrington. She is the best I have been with in years. (maybe ever) She made me feal like a person not a number. Made everything clear and you could tell she really cares. I hope she is there from now on.

Chrystal is so sweet, caring, and listens carefully. I really appreciate the way she seem to understand my issues even though we didn't have enough time to go over everything I wanted to talk to her about. Dealing with multiple chronic issues/pain creates a difficult situation when trying to fit all of the problems list in while meeting a new provider for the first time. Being anxious, my nerves got the best of me in the beginning of the appt. and after meeting Chrystal, all of that went away. I hope she's going to stay with Pilot Mtn. Medical for a long time. I can't thank her enough for making me feel heard.

Chrystal was attentive, asked questions, listened, and provided great information to me. She was very reassuring and showed she really understood what was happening to me. I really needed that! She was great!! The other staff were professional and courteous and did their jobs very well. Even the blood draw was 100% painless despite the current condition of my veins. In short, this was one of the best medical visits I've ever had!

She was absolutely wonderful. I felt very comfortable talking with her. She was not at all rushing me. I’m so glad she was the doctor I was assigned to.
