The experience was good. Getting an app. was bad. Still having trouble getting app. for the test he ordered. He ordered test as STAT and Novant don't have the staff to do the test in a timely manner. Heart test shouldn't take 8 or more days to get scheduled. Poor Proformance from Novant

There is a wonderful receptionist who is just bubbly and energetic. I’m embarrassed to say I don’t know her name. Facing the desk, she sits to the far right. That job can be pretty rote, but she acts like I’m the only person in the world and has saved all of her enthusiasm for me alone. What makes that special from a management POV is that this is how she treats everyone. Please recognize her and treat her well because the world needs more of her.
