Dr. Howell has set a "high bar" as far as NOVANT providers. He has always taken time to listen to me without me feeling rushed. He explains everything very well, and also has a personality along with his care. So many times, providers seem to "go through the motions", without connecting with the patient. Dr. Howell has always been very prompt in responding to lab results or inquires too.
