I was impressed by the cleanliness of the waiting and patient rooms. Also visited the lab for blood work and was impressed on the neatness of the halls n the lab. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Dr. Katie was great! I'm very happy to have found this office and have recommended it to my husband.

Katie Travis is a very caring and respectful person. She listened and explained what I need to do. Plus, set me up for test which would help rule out problems or may give insight to what is wrong. Staff is very friendly and helpful getting appointments for testing.

This by far has been my most pleasant experience with this provider. I arrived early because I was a new patient, I was checked in quickly and didn't have to wait long before I was called back to get ready to see the provider. Wasn't felt rushed or made to feel like I had to hurry. Katie Travers, PA-C took time and listened to my health concerns, all of them. We both made a plan to get me back on track. She is very easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable and that is a big plus for me. I actually enjoyed my visit. I feel very confident that Katie Travers, PA-C is handling my medical care. As a whole, Rowan Family Physicians, the team was very efficient, courteous and helpful. I definitely see my future medical care needs will be met.
