I was very impressed with the care received at Novant, New Garden Rd. From the moment I arrived until I left, everyone was professional and kind. Brandon McCoy, PA listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable. It was refreshing healthcare experience.

PA McCoy is an excellent and valuable addition to your staff! He is most attentive, listening patiently, making eye contact, showing empathy and understanding. He communicates well, shows understanding of issues, and demonstrates confidence and sound medical knowledge. A most excellent and rare asset in the medical establishment.

I felt like the provider was very thorough. However, he over explained the issue. And he questioned the med tech s use of an instrument on my presence and I felt by her reaction it would have been better to have done that after I left.

I had a bad experience with a previous provider. Having just moved to this state, it left me feeling a bit skeptical about the med field here. Brandon was able to work through that and by the end of our appt, I felt better
