Lauren is very knowledgeable and through. She examined me and listened to my concerns. She called my surgeon to discuss my condition with her. Working together as a team with my surgeon they concluded I should go to the ER. Lauren really impressed my daughter and myself.

Lauren is a very good listener and takes the time to get a complete description of what the problem is. Lauren gave me extra time to answer questions when I couldn't answer them right away because of my mental state. She was very patient with me and made me feel at ease; which isn't an easy task with my anxiety.
