The ladies at the front desk need a lesson on how to work with the patients. Before I could even get to the desk the young lady asked me questions that I couldn't completely hear. As I was leaving and standing there working on my later appointments the same lady was working with another patient eating a cracker and chewing her food loudly because I was at the next window and could hear it

Had to schedule new appointment because of recent surgery I had on my eyes

The office manager was very off putting. When I tried to explain that there should be cross training so that I can pay my visit when I leave, she was short and almost rude about paying online. It was extremely disappointing to receive poor communication and customer service from her. The cross training has been a problem for over 6 months it needs to be fixed and not dismissed like the office manager did.

The Doctor and Staff were very courteous, caring and respectful to all my needs and questions.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. MAKING AN APPOINTMENT NOT SO MUCH. APPOINMENTS ARE THREE MONTHS OUT!! I GOT IN ONLY BECAUSE OF A CANCELLATION.

Referral from oncology took forever, I had to call my oncologist who then called pulmonology, it took weeks (~3) to get response, then it was by mail with appt date/time. Not even a phone call to see if I could make it.

Dr. Siddiqi is an excellent doctor.

It was great. I felt very comfortable with the team. They were terrific.

I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes. Physician and staff were efficient, polite, professional. Very pleased with this appointment.

It took me a long time to get an appointment to see a doctor. Over 4 months. I have Asthma, and needed to get a pulmonary test. I had gone to the hospital (cape fear), a number of times, and tried to get an appointment, but to no avail. I had to wait to meet a doctor to become a patient. However; I was able to get the pulmonary function test. I am happy to say, I love Dr. Siddiqi, and will come back in six months for another visit. Too many patients, was the cause for my delay to get in much earlier. The one reason that I didn't like. I'm happy to be his patient now!

Excellent visit

This trip was one of the best experiences I've had with my lung Doctor. Prior visits were not co-ordinated very well by staff members. Could never get anyone to return calls etc.

The big negative is the difficulty of getting an appointment scheduled. It took a week for an urgent referral and many calls to GP's office to assist in the efforts to have an initial call with Pulmonary office to schedule first appointment. Now I'm waiting for a callback to schedule procedure to confirm if cancer, 3 business days and counting for scheduling call.

First time consultation on a cancer diagnosis. Receptionist was great. Nurse was calming and very easy to speak with. Doctor was fantastic and very thorough as he walked us through my CT scan. He answered all of our questions and explained what the plan of treatment would be going forward. Check out Receptionist was kind and very helpful to our situation. I can't thank the staff enough for such a pleasant experience and I feel confident in their care.
