I just can’t wait until my next CT Scan in late August 2024 so I can finally find out good or bad news if I God forbid have lung cancer starting in my lungs.

Since it was my first interaction with this particular doctor, I feel the experience was positive, but don’t really have much more to say at this point.

Communicated the findings and recommendations well. We were anxious about the findings and the doctor put us at ease and explained things well.

My provider listened and took as much time needed to inform and explain my options and we decided on a plan going forward.

I drive 2 hrs. to so my doctor, that speaks volumes about him. In the past the office personal sucked. It was very pleasant this time.

Everyone is so caring and Dr. Siddiqi is professional and down to earth. Lucky to have him as my pulmonologist.

Dr. Siddiqi explained my scans I had had in east to understand terms. He made me feel less anxious about what had been seen on scan. He was easy to talk to and reassuring. I had called several times over a few weeks to schedule an appointment and always had to leave a message with never getting to talk with anyone. No one called back. I was glad when I finally got a call.

The ladies at the front desk need a lesson on how to work with the patients. Before I could even get to the desk the young lady asked me questions that I couldn't completely hear. As I was leaving and standing there working on my later appointments the same lady was working with another patient eating a cracker and chewing her food loudly because I was at the next window and could hear it

Had to schedule new appointment because of recent surgery I had on my eyes

The office manager was very off putting. When I tried to explain that there should be cross training so that I can pay my visit when I leave, she was short and almost rude about paying online. It was extremely disappointing to receive poor communication and customer service from her. The cross training has been a problem for over 6 months it needs to be fixed and not dismissed like the office manager did.

The Doctor and Staff were very courteous, caring and respectful to all my needs and questions.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. MAKING AN APPOINTMENT NOT SO MUCH. APPOINMENTS ARE THREE MONTHS OUT!! I GOT IN ONLY BECAUSE OF A CANCELLATION.

Referral from oncology took forever, I had to call my oncologist who then called pulmonology, it took weeks (~3) to get response, then it was by mail with appt date/time. Not even a phone call to see if I could make it.

Dr. Siddiqi is an excellent doctor.
