Lori Gentile is an outstanding physician. She is skilled on so many levels. She is kind, respectful, a great listener. She and her staff respond quickly to phone calls and texts. I had a good surgical experiance and Novant should be very proud to have Dr Gentile on the surgical staff.

Dr Gentile was wonderful. Explained in detail all options and guided us through the pros and cons of each. She answered all questions in detail.

Dr. Gentile and her staff were absolutely amazing. I just found out that I have breast cancer and she worked closely with my doctor to have all details. She got me in the very next day and spent a ton of time with my husband and me to understand all details, next steps, potential direction with procedures based on what we know, names on the team that will be helping me. They made a very tough situation a very comfortable, and empowering situation for us. Very grateful to Dr. Gentile and team.

Dr. Gentile and her staff are always welcoming and courteous. While this was just a follow-up visit, they were very kind and helpful. Dr. Gentile is an amazing doctor and is always willing to explain procedures, care, ongoing treatment, etc. in a way that is understandable. She is very personable and has a gentle demeanor which makes the appointments much more enjoyable.
