My appointment was on time as always and the entire staff made me feel comfortable. Lindsey was very knowledgeable of my condition and discussed treatments options. I felt very comfortable with her.

There was no wait time for my appointment. The nurse was very experienced, courteous and friendly. I did not feel rushed at all during prep. Lindsey arrived exactly on time (or maybe a wee bit early), and was extremely well prepared with my history, She asked a lot of questions and listened to anything I responded with. She used what looks like the latest technology to examine me, and gave me a lot of options to address my issues. Totally knowledgeable and friendly.

Lindsey really listens to you, and she recommended the best treatment available.

A reschedule of appointment was necessary due to a mixup on getting lab work done prior to appointment. The appointment was rescheduled for the following week and lab work was ordered through Labcorp. I went to my local Labcorp for labs that ordered by the Dr. and they did not know about it. They took the blood sample on that Monday and when I went to the appointment on the following Thursday the lab work was not in system. :-(

Lindsey is a keeper. I was able to discuss potentially awkward issues with her an a candid comfortable manner. I left with the impression that she understood my condition and gave me solid well informed medical advice.
