Very concerned that I have to wait 5 months to get the nerve test the doctor recommended. I had to wait 3 months for this appointment, a total of 8 months to be diagnosed is unheard of. What is happening to the medical community??

Great care from staff

The provider was rushed, speaking rapidly throughout appointment. Rapidly enough to not being understood. Also telephoned office & left message after appointment with service for call- back……. 2 days later & have received no call back. All seems rather unprofessional.

She is very knowledgeable and explained everything before she did it. I would highly recommend her to others.

Even though I was sick I was so empressed with the entire staff from the front to back. I was in and out did not have to wait long . I definitely do not want to go back to er or feel like I did , but if I did I know I am in GREAT hands definitely a 10 in my book best experience I have ever had

The doctor was remarkable!

Very professional, front desk was very friendly and polite. The nurse also was very nice and attentive. I like how the doctor listen carefully what was my concern giving me great information and follow up.

Dr Shnapp was professional but I don’t feel she was the right provider for senior healthcare. She didn’t seem very knowledgeable of challenges and care of seniors with need of memory care.

I had a very positive experience with Dr Kathryn Schnapp. She is very professional and knowledgeable and has a pleasant personality. She spent ample time with me and performed a thorough neurological exam. I recommend her without reservations.

Didn't hit it off that well and jumped as if scared when I reached for my shoes. As a black man that didn't sit well with me and I was offended. I've spent over 30 years in law enforcement and to see that reaction disappointed me.

She spoke so fast I couldn't understand all she said, when I tried to speak, she would always cut me off by intrupting. She seemed in an extreme hurry. She would ask me a question, I would get two words out, then she would answer the question. Wouldn't go to her again.
