Dr Schnapps was friendly and professional. She let me explain what had been going on and took lots of notes. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. Then she discussed her findings and went over all the options in detail. I was an active part of all those steps. She made sure I understood everything she was doing and explaining to me. One of the most thorough exams I've ever had!
