Dr. Schnapp's ego prevented her from being a good doctor for me. She insulted my primary care physician and discounted his findings, later admitting that his diagnosis may have been accurate. She was dismissive and rude.

Excellent doctor. Listened to my concerns, extremely thorough exam and included me in my treatment. I was given several options and chose my preference and she agreed.

She seemed caring and concerned, so her empathy went a long way as she asked me how my rheumatoid arthritis seminar rather if he were doing

Dr Schnapp is much too fast therefore it is very difficult to understand quite often what she means

Dr schnapp was able to help me more than the last 5 drs Ii had seen.. She is very attentive and also is a hands on Dr and I really feel comfortable discussing my most sensitive concerns.. One of the Best at Novant!!
